By Rail: There are two railway stations near Keylong. AMB Andaura and Pathankot are 133 km and 134 km away from the hamlet respectively.

By Road: Keylong is approximately 650 km from Delhi, 115 km from Manali, and you can get interstate buses from the national capital. Moreover, there are regular intercity buses that ply to and from Chandigarh and other cities in Himachal Pradesh.
