Itinerary Detail

Day 1 Manali: Arrival and Sightseeing

Your Manali Srinagar bike tour starts with your arrival in Manali. Our tour representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and unwind. Later, you can explore Mall Road and Old Manali market. Enjoy shopping and buy the things which you may require for the trip. Around 4:30 PM, all the motorbike team will start allotting the bikes to the riders. You can go for a test drive, knowing that your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

Return to the hotel, enjoy the dinner, and slip into bed for rest.

Day 2 Manali - Sarchu (177 km/ 4 hours 43 minutes)

Wake up to a beautiful day, savor the delicious breakfast, and get ready to start your Himalayan expedition around 7:30 AM. Cross the Atal Tunnel and enter the Lahaul Valley. Marvel at the scenic beauty of the breathtaking landscape. Atal Tunnel is one of the longest high-altitude tunnels in the world. You will cross Jispa and continue your ride to Sarchu via Baralacha Pass, one of the highest motorable passes that connects Lahaul Valley to Ladakh. The beauty of the landscapes will inspire you and leave you in awe.

Upon your arrival in Sarchu, complete the check-in formalities at the camp and relax. Enjoy the dinner and have a sound sleep in your cozy bed.

Day 3 Sarchu - Tso Moriri Lake (228 km/ 6 hours 57 minutes)

Greet the day with a toothsome breakfast and complete the check-out formalities. Start your drive towards Tso Moriri via Tso Kar Lake. Situated in the Rupshu Plateau, Tso Kar is a saline lake, and you can spot some exotic species of flora and fauna..

Upon your arrival in Tso Moriri, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. Tso Moriri is located in the Changthang Plateau and is the largest of the freshwater lakes in India. This high-altitude lake is home to several animals, including Tibetan Ass, Great Tibetan Sheep, Tibetan Gazelle (Antelope), and Tibetan Wolf. Spend some quality time there in the evening and enjoy the sunset.

Later, head back to the camp for a delicious dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4 Tso Moriri - Hanle (159 km/ 4 hours 14 minutes)

After a toothsome breakfast, check out of the camp and start your ride to Hanle. En route, you will cross Mahe Bridge and Nurpa Pass. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery on the way. Hanle is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory, which is one of the highest-located sites for optical, infrared, and gamma-ray telescopes in the world.

Upon your arrival in Hanle, check in at the hotel and relax. If time and energy permit, stroll to nearby places and admire the stunning beauty of the Trans Himalayan region. Savor the delectable dinner and doze off in your bed.

Day 5 Hanle - Pangong Lake (309 km/ 7 hours 4 minutes)

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast and check out from the hotel. Start your bike ride for Pangong Lake via Chushul. You will also cross Tsaga La Pass on the way to Pangong Lake. Enjoy the stunning views of the mighty Himalayas and treat your eyes to the marvelous beauty.

On arrival at Pangong Lake, complete the check-in formalities at the camp and unwind. Pangong Lake is one of the highest saltwater lakes in India, stretching over 134 km. Of this, 40% is situated in India, and the rest in China. The lake freezes in winter despite being saline water.

In the evening, stroll near the lake and enjoy the sunset. Marvel at the lake's changing colors during the sunset. Return to the camp after enjoying the enchanting views of the surroundings. Savor a scrumptious dinner and have a sound sleep into your cozy bed.

Day 6 Pangong Tso - Nubra Valley via Shyok Valley (274 km/ 6 hours 43 minutes)

On day 6 of the Manali to Srinagar bike tour, wake up early and enjoy the mesmerizing sunrise at Pangong Lake. The beauty of the mighty Himalayas and Pangong Lake will leave you amazed. Savor the delicious breakfast at the camp and complete the check-out formalities. Later, start your bike ride towards Nubra Valley via Shyok Valley. Delight in the spectacular vistas during the road trip. Renowned for Bactrian Camels, orchards, dunes, and ancient monasteries, Nubra Valley was initially called Ldumra, the Valley of Flowers.

Visit the Diskit Monastery, the oldest and the largest monastery in the Ladakh region. Home to the largest statue of the Maitreya Buddha, Diskit Monastery offers an enchanting view of the valley. After spending time at the monastery, visit the Hunder Sand Dunes and enjoy the ride on a double-humped Bactrian Camel. Then, head towards the camp, complete the check-in formalities, and relax. If time and energy permits, you can explain the village or stroll near the camp.

Have a delectable meal and sleep in your cozy bed for rest.

Day 7 Nubra Valley - Leh via Khardung La Pass (160 km/ 4 hours 12 minutes)

Arise to a scrumptious breakfast, complete your check-out formalities, and get ready for another unparalleled experience. Start your ride to Leh via Khardung La Pass, one of the world's highest motorable passes. Situated at 5,350 m above sea level, Khardung La Pass offers terrific valley views.

Upon your arrival in Leh, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. The rest of the day is at your leisure. You can stroll near the resort and explore the natural setting. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk.

Return to the hotel, have a delicious dinner, and doze off into your bed for a sound sleep.

Day 8 Leh: A Day at Leisure

This is the leisure day of the tour. Enjoy the toothsome breakfast, and then you can go on a local sightseeing tour of the city. Your bike will be carried for maintenance and repair for the half-day. In the evening, you will get your bike back. Meanwhile, you can explore the local market of Leh. You can buy souvenirs for your loved ones. Also, you can relish the delicious local cuisines. You can also explore the Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and War Memorial independently.

After the sightseeing tour, return to the hotel. Savor the delectable dinner and have a sound sleep.

Day 9Leh - Kargil (210 km/ 4 hours 15 minutes)

Start your day with a hearty meal, check out of the hotel, and head towards Kargil. Delight in the scenic views while driving on NH 1. En route, halt at Magnetic Hill, Military Hall of Fame, and the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Also, visit the Alchi Monastery. Continue your ride towards Kargil via Fotu La Pass, one of the two mountain passes on the Leh-Srinagar highway.

Upon your arrival at Kargil, complete your check-in formalities at the hotel. The rest of the time is at your leisure. If time and energy permits, you can visit the bank of Suru River, which is the tributary of the Indus River. Enjoy the sunset on the river bank and bask in the peaceful environs.

Day 10 Kargil - Sonamarg (122 km/ 2 hours 51 minutes)

Day 10 starts with a tempting breakfast, completes the check-out formalities, and starts a drive towards Sonmarg. En route, you will visit Drass, the second coldest inhabited place in the world. You will cross Zoji La Pass, which connects Kashmir Valley to Ladakh. Situated at an altitude of 3,528 m above sea level, Zoji La Pass is one of the most treacherous passes in the world. Enjoy the scenic vistas while crossing the pass.

On your arrival in Sonmarg, complete the check-in formalities, and your bike expedition will end here. The rest of the day is at your leisure. You can explore the unparalleled beauty of Sonmarg and enjoy leisure walks.

Day 11 The tour culminates

This is the last day of the Manali Srinagar tour. Have a delicious meal, check out from the hotel, and leave around 7:30 AM to reach Srinagar. If time permits, you can explore Srinagar's famous tourist places, including Dal Lake, Hazrat Bal Shrine, Mughal Garden, and Nigeen Lake. You will have an assisted transfer to the Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.
