Overview
Experience Ladakh on an 11-day high-altitude circuit that blends monasteries, mountain passes and remote lake landscapes. During the trip, travel to Kargil, Drass War Memorial, Lamayuru, Pangong & Tso Moriri Lakes and Alchi. Cross Khardung La into Nubra Valley for sand dunes, Bactrian camel rides and a day trip to the border village of Turtuk. Along the way, indulge in this remote paradise’s local flavours and traditions.

Itinerary Detail
Morning: Arrive in Leh and be greeted by our representative, who will transfer you to your pre-booked accommodation.
Afternoon: After check-in and refreshments, rest and let your body acclimatise to the altitude (recommended: minimal activity).
Evening: If you feel well, visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Morning: After breakfast, begin your day tour with the Hall of Fame, followed by Gurudwara Patthar Sahib.
Afternoon: Continue to Magnetic Hill and Kali Temple. Stop at Sangam (Nimmu), the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers; rafting can be arranged (optional). Proceed towards Kargil with a visit to Mulbek’s famous Maitreya Buddha rock carving.
Evening: Arrive in Kargil, check in, and unwind. Dinner and overnight stay in Kargil.
Morning: Drive to Drass and visit the Kargil War Memorial, set against the dramatic landscape near Tiger Hill.
Afternoon: Continue towards Leh, crossing Fotu La and stopping at Lamayuru village for lunch and a visit to Lamayuru Monastery. Later, visit the heritage-rich Alchi Monastery complex.
Evening: Arrive back in Leh. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Morning: Enjoy breakfast, then depart for Nubra Valley via Khardung La, one of the highest motorable passes in the world.
Afternoon: Reach Hunder and check in at your camp/hotel.
Evening: Visit the sand dunes and opt for a double-humped camel ride. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Morning: After breakfast, drive to Turtuk, a culturally distinct village near the border region.
Afternoon: Take a guided walk through the village to experience local life, meet residents, and explore the scenic lanes and farmlands.
Evening: Return to Hunder. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Morning: Visit Diskit Monastery for sweeping views of Nubra Valley.
Afternoon: Drive to Pangong Lake via the Shyok route (road and weather conditions permitting).
Evening: Arrive at Pangong and enjoy the lake’s changing colours against the mountains. Dinner and overnight stay in Pangong camps.
Morning: Relish breakfast and then depart for Hanle in the Changthang region.
Afternoon: Arrive and check in at a guest house; relax in the quiet, high-altitude setting.
Evening: Visit Hanle Monastery for panoramic views; stargazing is excellent on clear nights. Dinner and overnight stay in Hanle.
Morning: Start early after breakfast and drive towards Umling La (one of the world’s highest motorable passes).
Afternoon: Continue onwards to Tso Moriri and complete check-in near the lake.
Evening: Leisure time by the lake (weather permitting). Dinner and overnight stay at Tso Moriri.
Morning: After breakfast, begin the return drive to Leh.
Afternoon: En route, visit Puga (sulphur area) and the serene Tso Kar Lake, then cross Taglang La while continuing towards Leh.
Evening: Free time to explore Leh’s local market for souvenirs. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Morning: Post breakfast, set out for Indus Valley sightseeing, starting with Shey Palace and its museum.
Afternoon: Visit Thiksey Monastery, followed by Hemis Monastery on the Indus Riverbank.
Evening: Return to Leh. Enjoy leisure time for local food and last-minute shopping. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Morning: After an early breakfast, transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight.

Tour Inclusions:-
- Accommodation in 02 double standard rooms at each hotel, with one extra bed/mattress.
- Daily meals: 10 breakfasts and 10 dinners at the above-mentioned hotels.
- Airport/hotel transfers, city tour, and all drives as per the itinerary in a non-air-conditioned Scorpio/Xylo (or similar), including driver allowance, toll taxes, and parking charges.

Note:
- Any future tax levies will be charged extra.
- The vehicle will be provided strictly in accordance with the itinerary and will not be at your disposal.
- Using the vehicle for shopping, markets, or restaurant visits will incur extra charges.
- Buffet meals will be served at the hotels.
- Hot water is generally available only 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Leh and remote areas often have power outages; 24-hour electricity should not be expected.
- Hotels usually close the main gates at 11:00 PM.
- Any modifications or extra services must be paid in cash at our Leh office.
